Karen Osburn, Founder and Owner
Karen Osburn is a business operations and project management professional with more than 15 years of experience in operations, construction, facility management, business development, and process improvement.
She founded OsburnAssist to put that experience to work for other business owners. Her experience includes project management, business operations, workflow development, vendor management, customer operations, business development, and process improvement.
Karen has worked with startups, small businesses, contractors, and established companies. Her work has included building operational processes, managing projects, improving business systems, coordinating teams and vendors, and helping companies solve day-to-day operational problems.
Her construction and project management experience has also taken her to projects in China, Peru, and the Dominican Republic.
Karen purchased and renovated her first property at age 19, beginning a long-term interest in construction, real estate, and business operations. She earned a Master of Engineering in Construction Engineering Management and a bachelor's degree in Communication Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Today, Karen leads a team that brings the same hands-on approach to every client.
