Karen Osburn is an operational expert specializing in strategic business development, project management, and process optimization. As the owner of a successful virtual assistance and consulting firm, she helps businesses streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive sustainable growth. With a strong background in construction, facility management, and corporate strategy, Karen has worked with companies of all sizes—from startups to established firms—enhancing their operational structures and market positioning.
Her expertise spans multiple industries, with experience leading business development efforts, managing large-scale projects, and implementing process improvements that drive profitability. She has traveled to international construction projects in China, Peru, and the Dominican Republic, bringing a global perspective to operational challenges.
Karen’s passion for real estate investing and construction began early when she purchased and renovated her first property at 19. She holds a Master of Engineering in Construction Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s in Communication Management and Mass Communication from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Beyond her professional work, Karen is an advocate for animal welfare and previously served on an animal welfare board. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and three dogs.
